Why this problem happens? might for the following reasons:


1) Update the SDconnect firmware by wrong method.
2) Have not configure the LAN & Wireless connection setting
3) Had the built-in WIFI card replaced
4) a blacklisted serial for china SDconnect

Solution for blocked sdconnect hardware:


1) some china SDconnect can not be upgraded. Please do not try to update SDconnect firmware
2) Configure the LAN and wireless connection setting. Check step-by-step WIFI setting guide in our webpage technical support.
3) Do not replace the original WIFI card included in the package.
4) pls fix the blacklisted serial in the das xentry software.


If fail to get the device back to work, please try press “i” and “v” together during boot to check PM PIC firmware version, Connect the green cable, Set the LAN IP to this: 172.29.127.112
